The nest of chai lattes

Today I sat on the tram in between two of my friends.

I made a little joke and hoped they'd laugh. They didn't. One because he was in a bad mood. The other because she doesn't really listen to my jokes and she was distracted by a sculpture outside.

I said 'I hate it when you're both moody' as they commonly are while I'm always glad to be in their presence.

One said 'I'm not moody'. The other said 'It's a bad day'. Somehow one of them said 'You're only happy when you're with your boyfriend' and that put her in a terrible mood.

Then I wasn't in a good mood because I had made them fight. So there we were, all moody.

I wish I had a little bird that was bright orange. He'd fly to my shoulder and snuggle with me, would lift me up and fly me high above over the city into his little nest filled with fluff! And there will be an endless supply of chai lattes.

How to be greatly surprising to an inquisitive stranger

Step 1, Find a piece of nice writing material. Colourful paper bordered with cellophane and tied with ribbons is such an example.

Step 2, Write an entertaining story, an exciting fact or a philosophical question upon it. Something you want to share with the world

Step 3, Go to an art exhibit, a fancy cafe or a public place

Step 4, Stealthily place the message in a noticeable spot without anyone seeing you

Step 5, Leave without anyone knowing you left something behind

Step 6, Watch from a distance until someone finds it

Step 7, Enjoy their reaction

I shall do this tomorrow and report back to you what happened. Please do this too. It will make you feel better and will spread goodness throughout your city. Make sure it's anonymous.

la la love you

Look at this photo.

I feel like warm honey is being poured into my heart when I see it.

Unfortunately it is only a photo and looking at it is ultimate. We can't meet these two boys or know if they're in love.

I like to think of them as the cutest and accepted couple in their school who don't are what others think of them as long as they have their friends and each other. They get high grades really easily and always love each other. With every setback they face they're fine because they always have each other.

In five years time they've gone their separate ways. One went traveling to Europe, the other tried to establish a career as an artistic photographer. They meet up and realize they still love each other... and get married

Fourteen years later one is killed in the great earthquake of 2031. The other is absolutely devastated but always knows he keeps the love of the other because the last thing they said to each other was "I love you"... it was meant to be.

First post

Welcome strangers,

So glad you stumbled across my page. I want you to know that we could be real good friends. I like making friends, will you be my friend? Will you hold my hand? I wish you could... I used to hold my friend's hands all the time; then I started building up barriers so no one got close to me. Now I'm learning to gain trust towards people. What about you? Are you a popular animal? Or do you prefer to be alone? Or perhaps your situation isn't what you want it to be.

Are you in love?
